President, Snow Properties

Real estate veteran Dee Snow has directed master planned communities and other complex projects throughout Southern California for decades. She has administered project budgets totaling $200 million and managed the entitlement and development of 4,800 residential units in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties. Ms. Snow is a licensed general contractor and California real estate broker.

Her hands-on experience involving land planning, product design, scheduling, sequencing and permitting for all developments has given her a command of key market factors. She has been directly responsible for onsite and off-site development for numerous construction projects. Ms. Snow has a thorough knowledge of industry trends, demands and challenges. She has performed strategic planning and analysis for new sites, including financial pro formas and coordination of acquisition consultants, and managed projects through build-out.

Her leadership skills with both internal teams and outside agencies and community groups have contributed to her success in delivering projects on time and on budget. She has successfully negotiated with independent water districts, school districts, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, State Department of Fish and Game, and numerous water conservation agencies. Ms. Snow has directed diverse teams such as land and environmental planners, engineers and architects, construction managers, and sales groups. Her experience, know-how and professionalism engender goodwill among the entities and communities with whom she interacts.

Ms. Snow has served as Vice President, Project Manager, and Forward Planning Manager for major homebuilders including Ryland Homes, Presley Homes, R.B. McComic, and others.
